Gareth joined Fallon as CEO of the London office in July 2015. Before joining Fallon, Gareth spent 11 years at BBDO including AMV BBDO where he worked on brands including Guinness, BT, Dulux and Sainsbury’s and at Clemenger BBDO Sydney where he was part of the leadership team that transformed the agency into one of the country’s most successful creative agencies.

Nick began his career at Abbott Mead Vickers/BBDO before becoming Executive Creative Director of Leo Burnett and J Walter Thompson and Global Creative Director at DDB. He has won many industry awards including the Cannes Grand Prix, the prestigious ‘Advertiser of the Year’ award twice – for McDonald’s and for Heinz – and in 2003 Nick was elected D&AD President by his peers. Nick joined Fallon as Executive Creative Director in November 2014.
